ALTA IT is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Operations Team Lead to join our team in Camp Smith, Hawaii. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for operational activities across the theater, providing management across INDOPACOM, and overseeing SME support within the CCMD. - Provide management across the span of INDOPACOM and confer with leadership to maintain overall cohesion within the AoR.
- Oversee and recommend priorities regarding SME support within the CCMD, including training environments, adequate and timely delivery, and oversight of planning and analysis functions for future maturity.
- Occasional travel CONUS and OCONUS.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 10 years experience supporting cross-functional areas within the DoD.
- Minimum B.A. or B.S. degree in applicable discipline (Business, Management, or other related field).
Preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience working at or above the Joint or Service Component Command (SCC) or equivalent level within the last 10 years.
- At least five years of relevant experience overseeing operations and projects.
- Senior Service College level professional military education (e.g., Army War College, Air War College, Navy War College, National War College, or Fellowship), Warrant Officer Senior Service Education, or Senior Noncommissioned Officer education (e.g., Master Leader Course or Sergeants Major Course) is desired.
