  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing timely reports and actionable insights to clients
  • Actively seek opportunities to upsell and expand existing accounts, identifying additional areas of value for clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to provide thought leadership and inform strategic initiatives
  • Lead and mentor direct reports, providing guidance and support for their professional growth

  • Qualifications

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in account management in an agency environment, supporting a beverage or beverage-alcohol client
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts, scopes of work and driving measurable results
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, project management, and a variety of software/applications
  • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage administrative tasks with attention to meeting agency compliance guidelines and standards

Reporting into the Managing Director, the Senior Account Director will serve as a trusted leader to the account team and partner to key client decision makers. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service, brand program, and geographic location.
