EliseAI is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join their Analytics team, focusing on leveraging data as a strategic asset. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
  • Optimize data flow and collection for cross-functional teams
  • Improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality
  • Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics
  • Work with stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs
  • Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product
  • Implement and maintain data quality checks and monitoring systems
  • Develop client-facing reporting solutions

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, Machine Learning or other quantitative field
  • 4+ years of professional experience in data engineering
  • Solid working knowledge of Python programming and SQL
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
  • Proven experience in data modeling and database design
  • Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based data solutions
  • Experience with ETL design, implementation, and maintenance
  • Knowledge of data warehousing solutions, particularly Snowflake
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau
  • Understanding of development workflows and best practices
  • Professional skills: strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent organizational and time management skills, adaptability to learn and work with new technologies

Preferred

  • Experience with data quality management and monitoring tools
  • Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools
