Director of IT Who you are:5+ years of experience in Senior Management in IT
Experience running a custom development project
Experience leading small – medium size teams of .NET developers
Bachelor's Degree
What you’ll do:Technical Management: Handle daily ticket management by addressing incoming requests such as bugs, enhancements, and projects.
Project Leadership: Direct and steer projects from inception to completion, ensuring clear understanding of project goals, scope, and requirements, and manage all stages through to delivery.
Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with other directors to align with company strategy and vision, prioritize tasks, and ensure the team focuses on key objectives. Maintain enterprise-wide alignment on IT deliverables.

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.The expected range for this role is $150k to $180k..
