Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience as a production manager in manufacturing a physical/tangible product
- Familiarity with manufacturing principles and methodologies (Six Sigma, 5s, Kanban, Lean, Waterfall)
- Understanding of general quality control and safety standards
- Great organizational skills
- Experience in assessing current and upcoming projects, establishing goals, training employees, developing plans to hit goals, and implementing them
- ERP experience

Small print shop environment, managing 12-15 people (print press operators, general laborers, receivers/shippers, laminators, graphic designer). The shop includes 2-3 large format machines, several smaller format machines, and 2 lamination stations.
