Production Super

Production Supervisor needed at a Food & Beverage manufacturing plant in Orlando - direct hire with competitive pay and benefits.

**Description:**

-Supervises and coordinates shift activities of production department in the all areas of the facility

-Conducting daily safety meetings

-Responsible for maximizing production lines and limiting downtown

-Scheduling personnel based on production needs/schedules

-Ensure first case checks are being performed at the start of the shift and for every order, assisting operators when needed

-Ensure all paperwork for all machines are checked for accuracy, timeliness, neatness, and signed off

-Assists in shift transitions, start-ups, and shutdowns

-Inspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization

-Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

-Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
