Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One-plus (1+) years combination of education, training, and experience in one or more of the following fields: Carpentry, Welding, Electrician, Plumber, HVAC, Mechanics and/or Fire Systems.
- Basic understanding of carpentry, electricity, plumbing, and mechanical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrates problem solving/decision making skills.
- Agile learner with demonstrated ability to seek necessary resources and/or skills to advance technical ability and understanding of technical equipment and systems.
- Possesses basic computer skills required for business communication and documentation of maintenance activities.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

The Technician II, Facilities assists completion of general maintenance to facilities, grounds, and equipment under supervision. The incumbent applies basic understanding of carpentry, electricity, plumbing, and mechanical skills. This position performs routine upkeep and cleanliness of assigned facilities as required.
