- Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency, upholding Club standards and adhering to recipes.
- Works in fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Attends all staff meetings, including pre-shift sessions, and training as required.
- Practices beverage and revenue control procedures.
- Completes other appropriate work assignments as requested by supervisor.
- Works closely with multiple teams and teammates to fulfill and exceed member expectations.
- Provides excellent food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintains and displays complete and comprehensive knowledge of menus, including daily features and specials.
- Follows daily opening/closing procedures, complete daily checklists, and execute day-to-day operations relatively independently.
- Becomes familiar with members' names and greets them accordingly, providing a warm welcome.
Qualifications

- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and cohesively as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum two years of bartending experience. Experience in private clubs a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
- Ability to accurately read and input data into our point-of-sale system.
