Responsibilities

- Performing general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned
- Responding to maintenance requests by community directors and residents in both private rooms and public living areas
- Maintaining positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector, and any other jurisdictions governing the community
Qualifications
Required
- Experience in maintenance, including HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment
- Ability to perform general maintenance projects
- Ability to respond to maintenance requests in both private rooms and public living areas
- Ability to maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector, and any other jurisdictions governing the community
