  • Depth of experience in at least one HR functional Areas: Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Compliance, and/or Workforce Planning & Administration
  • Minimum of 1 year in a leadership and/or Operations role
  • Solid understanding and experience of Employee Relations and/or Performance Management concepts and practices

Preferred

  • Prior ship experience

As Shipboard Human Resources Manager, you will perform multiple responsibilities to support our HR service delivery model. You will be the primary contact for Crew employee relations, performance management, and Human Resources initiatives while collaborating with leaders, building positive relationships and being a trusted advisor.

You will report to: Manager, Human Resources (shipboard)

**Additional Information :**

This is a **shipboard role.**

+ Be ready for adventure in a career at sea and willing to live and work onboard one of our Disney Cruise Line vessels

+ Be willing to follow and perform safety role, emergency responsibilities and associated responsibilities as specified in the ship Assembly Plan

**Your Responsibilities:**

+ Have a valid passport

+ Complete a pre-employment medical

+ Acquire a criminal background check
