- Patch aisles and roadways
- Paint or tape aisle and roadway striping both interior and exterior as assigned
- Sign fabrication
- Replace plaster or plaster board
- Paint walls, ceilings, and trim of building
- Furnish industrial maintenance repairer with materials, tools, and supplies as well as assistance
- Clean work area, tools, and equipment
- Move furniture
- Dispose of used material, red tag hazards
- Hang mirror balls/diverters
- Install ceiling tiles
- Outdoor tasks including spreading gravel or small landscape jobs
- Assist with kitting process maintain equipment such as scrubbers and walk behinds

**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring skilled **Maintenance Technicians** for projects located in the **Roanoke, IN area** . We're hiring for all shifts and the pay rate is **$16.97/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**
