ALTA IT Services is staffing a contract to hire opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to support a leading health insurance customer. The individual will performs diverse administrative duties, typically for one or more managers, senior staff members, and/or an organizational unit. Acts as an information source on organizational policies and procedures; gathers, compiles, and reports information relevant to a given assignment; participates in planning of functions; administers organizational correspondence control; and provides assistance to department members. Produces a variety of documents/presentations utilizing standard PC software.

Pay: $28/HR

Hybrid in Baltimore, MD

Contract to Hire
