Responsibilities
- Processes bi-weekly payroll for 250+ individuals
- Covers both non-exempt and exempt employees
- Reviews timecards for accuracy and approvals, follows up with managers when necessary, and processes the end of period tasks in time & attendance system
- Approves the final payroll submission for distribution/direct deposit
- Processes entries including garnishments, direct deposits, W-4 & state taxes, voluntary deductions, bonuses, salary increases, and fringe benefits (auto allowance, cell phone allowance, etc.)
- Coordinate with Accounting Manager to process Journal Entries through ADP General Ledger Interface
- Monitors Quarterly and Year-End tax reports
- Must be Tech Savy and willing and able to learn new platforms quickly and pick up new things quickly
- Cash App experience is ideal but not required
