Requirements: Previous experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or similar role - food or chocolate industry experience is a plus! Mechanical and technical skills - you'll need to keep our machines running like a well-oiled (or chocolate-coated) engine. Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics - if it's broken, you'll know how to fix it!
