Responsibilities

  • Support the corporate finance team as they work to improve tools within the department to be more efficient with deadlines, projects, etc.
  • Process/review improvements and contract management system implementation for New York market.
  • Deposit cash receipts and post them to the accounting system.
  • Miscellaneous month end close imports and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in collections support.
  • Revenue review/contractual fees (abstract audit).
  • Billing review/analysis based off of contractual fees
  • Assist in consolidation processes/analysis to ensure legacy data aligns with goals of projects.
  • Self-audit work and use tools provided to ensure work product is accurate and thoroughly complete.

Qualifications

Required

  • Must be a rising college junior or senior.
  • Must be comfortable with email/Microsoft Teams communication.
  • Comfortable with systems and importing /exporting data.
  • Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, manipulating large sets of data while maintaining integrity).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
