Medical Assistant (Rheumatology Mason)

Job Description

An employer in the Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Medical Assistant for a contract to hire opportunity. This person will be working within the rheumatology department seeing patients needing chronic bone and joint treatment, arthritis, and osteoporosis chronic treatment. They will work 1 on 1 with an MD and be responsible for rooming patients, taking vitals, blood draws, injections, learning and using the specialty devices, and all other prep work needed before the MD sees the patient. They will also be responsible for all post appointment follow up via phone and my chart and do some triage work.

* Monday - Thursday 8-4:30 for clinic

* No nights, no weekends, no holidays

* One Admin Day = Friday

Clifton and Evendale OR Clifton Kenwood, Montgomery

The pay rate ranges from $16.50-$21 based on certification and experience
