Full Job Description
Our Education Software client is seeking a Remote Client Implementation Specialist to join their team for a 6 month contract that could extend or become a full time opportunity with their growing team. This individual will need to be able to multitask since they will be juggling 16-20 clients at a time. They will be assisting with the implementation including the data transfers. They will be meeting with clients via zoom to walk them through the new product line within the SaaS organization. They will be working with mostly Eastern and Centrally located clients so must be comfortable working 8-5 PM. We are looking for an individual who can commit to the contract period and be a self starter. The training period is one month long. They must be tech savvy and have experience in a client facing role as well as have analytical ability.
