Project Manager/Scrum Master

**Job Title: Project Manager/ Scrum Master**

**Location: REMOTE**

**Pay Range: Compeitive**

**Responsibilities:**

+ Organize and drive project tasks, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and manage communication and project timelines across both teams.

+ Drive projects through Waterfall and Agile methodologies

+ Will handle all project Financials

**Skills Required:**

+ Solid soft skills: leadership, highly communicative, proactive, detail oriented.

+ Experience with understanding project financials (this is important)

+ Strong leadership in managing Agile and Waterfall teams

+ Tools:

+ **Jira, Clarity, Azure DevOps (ADO).**

+ Ideal for them to be the combination of PM/SM
