  • Must have the ability to climb heights, lift up to 60 lbs. and climb onto ladders

Full Job Description

**Overview**

We are seeking a Facilities Technician who is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. Performance of building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, etc.). This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position, reporting to the Facilities Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for plumbing, electrical, access control and HVAC maintenance as well as any other duties assigned by the Facilities Supervisor. We're looking for a professional who can take the initiative and help anticipate problems before they occur. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with clients.
