  • Communicate and ensure brand standards of image, design, and equipment to architects, brand partners, developers, and other external parties.
  • Review test-fits for accuracy and adherence to WRI standards.
  • Manage and coordinate vendor engagement within the project to ensure responsibilities are met within the approved timeline, scope, and design.
  • Review construction documents for WRI prototypical standards.
  • Ensure permit documents contain all MEP design standards to construct restaurant in a cost-effective manner.
  • Track building permit submittals and publish weekly status updates.
  • Identify and introduce new ideas and solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Always represent the brand and department in a professional manner.

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience in project coordination and construction management.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and track progress across a team.
  • Knowledge of brand standards of image, design, and equipment.
  • Skill in reviewing test-fits for accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Experience in managing vendor engagements.
  • Familiarity with construction documents and building permit processes.
  • Ability to ensure all MEP design standards are met.
  • Experience in tracking building permit submittals and publishing status updates.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional representation of the brand.
