  • May assist with customer retrieval, return and/or destruction of documents, according to archival guidelines
  • May perform administrative duties according to location guidelines including assisting local EA's to perform on-site duties as requested
  • May carry out instructions for security, fire, health and safety and maintain records

Full Job Description

The Arlington Rosslyn office is in the Rosslyn area of Arlington, VA. It is place where Accenture Leadership and all levels of staff co-create, collaborate and learn with our Accenture teams and clients. We are seeking a strategic problem-solver with amazing customer service and hospitality skills. This role will provide office operations services and white-glove customer support (employee and client welcome experience, meeting preparation and event production).

Hospitality & Office Operations Coordinator will serve as a member of our office operations team and will provide top-tier customer support, efficient service and develop organized processes for the day-to-day operations. This role is responsible for a wide range of services that include white-glove and friendly hospitality, executing office meetings and events, internal and external customer support and general administrative care. Hospitality & Office Operations Coordinator oversees the daily maintenance and preparation of meeting and workspaces, relationships with vendors, reservation tool and assisting clients with guest badges. Additional duties may include time/expense reporting and reconciliation, invoice duties and projects in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

+ High-energy, friendly and welcoming demeanor to greet/direct employees and visitors, assist with check-in, answer general inquiries, assist in resolving issues/concerns or direct them to the appropriate resource

+ Support a wide range of Workplace Solutions customer services activities such as workspace set-up, A/V support.

+ May provide basic technical support for standard office equipment (e.g., copiers and printers).

Job Requirements:

+ The hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm but flexibility is required for this role, based on early morning or evening events

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
