Project Electrician

**Job Title: Project Electrician**

**Job Description**

This position is for a project electrician to help complete necessary projects on time. Candidates will need to pass a hands-on test that includes bending conduit, placing conduit in a mechanical bender, knowing wire colors, and knowing the NEC.

- Running rigid (1.5 inch) pipe down to gear box

- Wiring 3-way switches

- Assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, conduit, cable, equipment, components and devices associated with electrical equipment, following blueprints of electrical layouts and building plans

- Installing and mounting electronic controls, devices, panels, sensors, and components

**Hard Skills**

**Job Type**

This is a contract position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in Ruther Glen, Virginia.

**Work Environment**

Manufacturing setting. PPE required: hard hat, steel-toed boots, safety vest, and safety glasses. All PPE provided except steel-toed boots. Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:30am - 4pm; Friday, 5:30am - 1:30pm. Currently working 4 10-hour shifts and an 8-hour shift, offering lots of room for overtime.
