The Contract Recruiter at System One will be responsible for recruiting Supply Chain/Light Industrial roles, supporting all elements of recruiting including sourcing, qualifying candidates, interviewing, negotiation of offers, and in some instances, making hiring decisions. - Articulate the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), the business landscape, and what makes the brand an amazing place to work.
- Close the deal with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Communicate effectively with the business as the expert at assessing talent.
- Work across the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to build a team of talented individuals.
Qualifications
Required
- 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
- Understanding of sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches)
- Solid understanding and demonstrated use of an ATS, Recruitment Marketing, and Excel
- Understanding of current employment laws including OFCCP's guidelines for fair hiring practices
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
Preferred
- Oracle Recruiting/ORC experience
- Previous high volume recruiting experience in the Supply Chain, Warehouse or related area
- Bachelor's Degree

+ Depending upon the roles you support, you could be support both full time and temporary staffing needs and may focus on specific elements of the recruiting process at different times.
+ We utilize a team approach to hiring, so you will always be challenged in whatever assignment you have.

+ You can passionately articulate the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), the business landscape and what makes the brand an amazing place to work.
