Qualifications

  • Proven experience of 2-3 years in business development or sales within the staffing industry.
  • Deep understanding of staffing and recruitment processes, market trends, and client needs.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
