- High-level understanding of the Data and BI landscape, specifically Databricks and Power BI.
- Track project milestones, resolve functional and technical blockers, and manage timelines.
- Conduct Power BI report demos, gather feedback, and collaborate with the offshore team to make necessary adjustments.
- Experience working in an onshore-offshore model across two time zones.
- Manage multiple Data and BI projects.
- Strong experience with Agile methodology and ability to manage projects within an Agile framework.
- Present the program accomplishment to Senior leadership level.
