We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Network Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and enhancement of our network infrastructure, including the installation of network equipment and cabling. You will also provide technical assistance to staff and external vendors, ensuring our network systems are secure, reliable, and efficient.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Network Management: Install, configure, manage, and maintain data, voice, wireless, and video network infrastructures.
• Network Deployment: Deploy functional advanced LAN, WLAN, and WAN networks to meet organizational needs.
• Security Compliance: Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Access Control Policies: Implement and manage network access control policies to safeguard data and resources.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of various network and systems infrastructures.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform advanced routine maintenance and upgrades on routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor network performance to ensure system availability and reliability, utilizing network monitoring software to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and remedy network endpoint connectivity and performance problems; troubleshoot and resolve advanced network issues and outages.
• Project Support: Assist with various IT and Telecommunication projects, collaborating with teams and vendors to support initiatives.
• Mentorship: Provide training and guidance to junior network administrators and other IT staff.
• Professional Development: Maintain necessary professional certifications to perform job duties effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
• 5 years of experience in network administration or a similar role.
• Possession of an Industry-Recognized Network Certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform essential functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7 or more years of related experience.
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP, and/or COMPTIA Network+ (or higher).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Comprehensive knowledge of major components in network and server infrastructure, including hardware, software, and cabling systems.
• Ability to set up and manage Cisco Routers and Switches effectively.
• Proficiency in network protocols, routing, and switching.
• Experience with network security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Familiarity with cloud networking and services such as AWS, Azure, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with users to define system requirements and resolve problems.
