  • Manage secondary backend processes, including systems integration, reporting, and technology enhancements, to streamline operations and improve client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for high-value clients, maintaining relationships and ensuring that services evolve with client needs. Collaborate with sales teams to upsell and expand service offerings.
