As a Lead Product Manager at CTP, you will partner with internal stakeholders to produce a consolidated domain roadmap, shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the domain, and develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional collaborators.   • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Contribute to product roadmaps for the Digital Guest & Cast Experience supporting the assigned domain
  • Align the product roadmap with relevant business partners and anticipate impact on Cast Efficiency and Guest Satisfaction along with other desirable product outcomes
  • Assist the team in translating the domain vision into presentations that will be shared with Executive audiences and partners across the organization
  • Provide input into solution design for new product features to ensure product objectives are met and performance is measured and realized

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience developing and delivering strategic product initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to champion projects from beginning through implementation
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders from different backgrounds and functions
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets to determine trends and identify future business opportunities
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including a demonstrated ability to identify, understand, and drive resolution of complex critical issues
  • Experience with Agile software development methodology
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA
  • Experience with data reporting tools such as Business Objects and Tableau
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to create presentable content and communicate through it effectively for all levels of the organization including front line Cast Members and senior executives
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
