  • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including minutes, action items, and plans.
  • Stay updated on contract compliance and adhere to job requirements and policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Enter data into computer programs and maintain data reports.
  • Perform database queries and report issues as needed.
  • Verify data accuracy and completeness.
  • Undertake special projects and provide regular updates to management.
  • Conduct audits to ensure procedural conformance.
  • Support project stakeholders and participate in task-oriented groups.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School diploma with 4+ years of experience, or an Associate degree with 2+ years of experience.
  • Ability to handle moderately difficult assignments and make recommendations.
  • Communicate complex or sensitive issues effectively.

Preferred

  • Additional training or education in the area of specialization is a plus.
