The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.   • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including parts used, time spent, and maintenance schedules.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or related field.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
