We are seeking a Network Real Estate Specialist/Analyst to join our team remotely. This role involves developing relationships with internal teams, landlords, and project stakeholders, managing property management tasks, reviewing leases, monitoring lease renewals, and assisting with special projects. The ideal candidate will have telecom real estate/property management experience and the ability to identify and solve program risks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with internal teams, landlords, and project stakeholders.
  • Complete a wide variety of property management tasks that arise from landlord requests, ongoing site management, and other internal and external partners.
  • Review existing leases to determine rights, including term, access, maintenance, rent, notice, termination and site specific items
  • Monitor lease renewals.
  • Respond to Headquarters and Territory requests for information in a comprehensive and timely manner.
  • Manage landlord information and database portals.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects as they come up, which may include site audit review, scoping for special projects, assisting other departments, vendors and landlords with other RE requests, etc.

Qualifications

Required

  • Telecom real estate/property management experience.
  • Ability to identify impediments, clearly describe situations, and provide options and solutions which result in the best business decision for Wireless.
  • Experience with telecom/wireless leases.

Preferred

  • Telecom/wireless project or property management experience, preferably at other national wireless carrier.
  • Telecom/wireless experience working with landlord issues and relations, with ability to provide resolution to internal and external issues.
  • Experience working with and interpreting/understanding telecom/wireless leases.
  • Strong understanding of the Job Description and necessary skills and experience to perform with confidence.
  • Ability to work under pressure to manage and meet aggressive timelines and goals.
  • Excellent communication and personable relationship skills, with a positive team-focused energy and drive
  • Creative problem solver that is able to assemble and evaluate information to determine paths to success
  • Experience with telecom database tracking systems/tools - experience with processes

We are looking to hire a Network Real Estate Specialist/Analyst, Remote


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with internal teams, landlords, and project stakeholders.
  • Complete a wide variety of property management tasks that arise from landlord requests, ongoing site management, and other internal and external partners.
  • Review existing leases to determine rights, including term, access, maintenance, rent, notice, termination and site specific items
  • Monitor lease renewals.

Required skills:

  • This macro/mod real estate team member will support property management, landlord intake and relations, existing lease review, relocation analysis, and cross functional coordination with internal and external teams for the Great Plains Submarket (MN, IA, NE, SD, ND). The successful candidate will need to have telecom real estate/property management experience.
