  • Take charge of our servers, monitor performance, and ensure data integrity with regular backups.
  • Implement advanced security protocols, conduct audits, and train staff on cybersecurity best practices.
  • Oversee the installation, updates, and maintenance of software applications, while providing training and support to team members.
  • Lead exciting IT projects, from system upgrades to network expansions, working closely with other departments to meet their unique technology needs.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to procure IT equipment and services, and recommend new technologies to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • At least 2 years of IT support experience
  • Expertise in network and system administration, cybersecurity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS and cloud platforms

Preferred

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certifications
