  • Familiarity with various legal documents

We are seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney with approximately two to five years of experience to become part of our team! You will represent clients in court at trial and mediation, draft legal documents and advise clients on complex domestic and family law cases. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge in dealing with complex custody cases and property division. You will be in the courtroom immediately!

We are a small firm that strongly believes in quality of representation over quantity, and that one of the most important factors of success in a family law case is the ability to build a strong relationship with the client. Salary based on experience. Possible additional benefits after 90-days.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have 2 to 5 years of previous experience in domestic litigation including negotiating and litigating cases
  • Familiarity with various legal documents
