- Trains employees on all equipment through on-the-job training (OTB).
- Troubleshoots and trains employees in troubleshooting processes.
- Ensures procedures are implemented and logged accordingly.
- Ensures state, federal, and environmental compliance.
- Responsible for maintenance scheduling and recording.
- Responsible for machine/equipment adjustments and repairs, including metal detectors, product scales, packaging machines, cartoners, and x-ray’s.
- Maintains communication with Quality Systems Director and Plant Manager.
- Maximizes optimal machine and equipment efficiency by ensuring limited downtime.
