Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of labor relations experience working with a unionized workforce
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR leader in the hospitality industry, with specific experience in hospitality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.

Summary:

We are looking for an HR Manager for Arbor Lodging's Hampton Inn/Homewood Suites on Magnificent Mile.

This individual will oversee HR operations at the hotel. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. This position is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function within Arbor Lodging.
