Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
  • At least six (6) months of prior experience in a customer service or sales role.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and a drive to exceed sales targets.

Preferred

  • Prior experience with lead generation, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and payment processing systems.

As an Inside Sales Representative at Go Ape, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth by responding to booking inquiries and providing detailed information about our outdoor adventure experiences. Your responsibilities will involve handling inbound inquiries, coordinating group bookings, and resolving guest issues, all while ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

What does an Inside Sales Representative do?
  • Respond promptly to all inbound inquiries via phone and email, adhering to Inside Sales and Customer Care standards to provide timely, accurate information to potential guests.
  • Present the Go Ape experience in a compelling and detailed manner, sharing the excitement of our adventure courses with guests and guiding them through the booking process.
  • Execute outreach strategies by contacting leads via phone and email, offering detailed information on Go Ape activities, pricing, and availability to drive new bookings.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all guest communications in the company's CRM and Booking Tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and site teams to arrange special bookings and ensure that guest needs are met, especially for third-party and group events.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries during operational hours, working closely with site teams to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback on social media and review platforms such as TripAdvisor, Yelp, and Google, providing timely resolutions to any issues raised.
  • Uphold all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Go Ape's high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Go Ape, embodying the organization's mission and values in every interaction with guests, clients, and internal teams.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested to support the sales team and enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

What is required to be an Inside Sales Representative?

Pay Rate: Starting at $16.00-18.00/hr, further consideration based upon experience

Additional Compensation: Commission Program

Schedule: Normal Business Hours, some weekend and evening availability required

Status: Full-Time

Remote Status: Work from Home Flexible, report to Frederick, MD HQ occasionally
