Loan Closing Specialist

We Innovate to shape the future of CRE, so in this role you will:

• Review the application and rate lock documentation.
• Prepare the Berkadia Index Lock Agreement, Berkadia Commitment; ensure all rate lock items are received prior to rate lock
• Rate Lock all Freddie loans; ensure rate lock is perfected and distribute information to all parties including MB, Counsel and Closer
• Assist the Closers in:
  • Coordinating commitment, closing, and delivery phases of loans originated to ensure commitment requirements are satisfied within a specified timeframe to enable best execution
  • Recording loan and closing information in OmniView, the Company's system of record
  • Tracking post-closing documents and coordinate with external counsel and servicing to upload post-closing documents in a timely manner
  • Reconciling good faith accounts and various other accounting functions associated with closing
• Administrative duties as assigned to assist the goals of the Company's Closing function.
• Assist and perform Third Party Engagement activities to support the TPE Group.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Core work hours to cover 11:30 am to 8 pm eastern time

The provided base salary information for this position is part of an overall national range. The actual salary within our range for this position will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate. The total compensation package for this role may also include additional incentive opportunities.

Compensation

$65,000-$75,000 USD
