Qualifications

Our internal IT department is seeking an ambitious IT Workplace Engineer with a passion for technology and delivering an exceptional workplace experience for end users. You'll be joining a fast-growing software company with a modern, cloud-based infrastructure across multiple global offices. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges while contributing to the success of a dynamic, global team.

As part of the Modern Workplace Team, a group of four skilled professionals with diverse expertise, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining IT assets at our Austin branch and supporting our global Microsoft 365 environment. You will play a key role in implementing new services and infrastructure to continuously improve the Modern Workplace environment. In addition to troubleshooting technical issues raised through the Helpdesk, you'll tackle a variety of other exciting challenges and be part of our mission to create a seamless and efficient IT experience across the company.

A Day in the Life of an IT Workplace Engineer:
