Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years' product management experience with CRM's and SaaS products
  • 2+ years' experience in gathering technical requirements, conducting unit testing, acquiring user acceptance testing, and deploying product
  • 2+ years' experience connecting engineers and designers
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to formulate decisions based on qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Strong leadership skills, motivating and inspiring cross-functional teams

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Real estate industry experience

Who Develops You: VP of Product

What You'll Do:
  • Develop an understanding of business units' goals and partner with each unit, design team, and engineering team to execute cross functional implementation projects
  • Gather business requirements, perform user research, and lead the documentation process for each product
  • Define a product roadmap and measurable goals and create a system to keep all stakeholders on track to success
  • Lead product scope and deliverables for software releases, track project success metrics against goals, and lead sprint planning sessions and retrospectives
  • Provide assessment of risks and opportunities to business leaders to drive sound financial decisions and positive impact to the business

Skills You Have:
  • 2+ years' product management experience with CRM's and SaaS products
  • 2+ years' gathering technical requirements gathering, conducting unit testing, acquiring user acceptance testing, and deploying product
  • 2+ years' experience connecting engineers and designers and keeping all contributors on track for the product roadmap
  • Possesses strong critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to formulate decisions based on qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Strong leadership skills, motivating and inspiring cross functional teams
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Real estate industry experience preferred
