  • Stock executive kitchen with necessary supplies; coffee, creamer, tea, water, snacks
  • Maintain two break rooms/kitchens in a clean and orderly manner
  • Assist with reception area admission of guests
  • Assist with ordering lunch or other meals as necessary
  • Maintain printer ink inventory
  • Order printer ink as necessary
  • Scan and email documents to appropriate parties as necessary
  • Assist CFO, CCO and on site executives as necessary
  • Facilitate access to fleet vehicles housed at DHQ

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma and/or GED
  • 2-3 years office experience preferred
