Qualifications

Required

  • Related Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Training and/or work experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in Engineering or a related technology field.
  • 0-2 years experience in a program manager/supervisory role.
  • US Citizen or US Permanent Resident due to State Department Regulations regarding ITAR related programs.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office product suite, including PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
  • Proven leadership skills & capabilities.
  • Ability to manage and negotiate with required internal and external organizations.
  • Knowledge and experience with project management tools.
  • Proficiency in customer enablement tools.
  • Knowledge and experience with various engineering projects.
  • Demonstrated experience with verbal & written communications.
  • Insuring Adherence to Quality Guidelines.
  • Financial Business acumen.

Preferred

  • PMP or CAPM Certification
  • ISO 9001 Certification Experience

Job Description

A Cybernet Systems Corporation Project Manager must possess an excellent understanding of project management methodologies and experience applying the appropriate practices in the business world. Top candidates will be comfortable working with a variety of technologies, large- and small-scale deployments, leading teams and interacting with executive leadership.

This position will plan, initiate, and manage Cybernet Systems engineering projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
