  • Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments
  • Develops strategies to increase average meal checks
  • Attracts patrons by developing and implementing marketing, advertising, public and community relations programs; evaluating program results, identifying and tracking changing demands
  • Maintains patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, auditing food, beverage and service offerings

  • Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
