Starting at $19.50/hour
Role & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Front Office Agents are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.
Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. Previous customer service experience as well as the ability to communicate well with guests required.
Must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
