Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us “challenge the status quo” and transform the finance industry together.Collaborating with Product Owner on the Hyperscience Platform to establish a vision and execution strategy for the scrum team by actively engaging in scrum ceremonies and providing feedback on sprint goals and achievements. Participating in scrum ceremonies and driving refinement of user stories. Helping lead and develop the product backlog, as well as user stories backlog for implementation. Partnering with the scrum team (developers, QA, scrum master) to execute on sprint goals and Program Increment (PI) commitments. Highlighting product features and explaining user stories in a manner clearly understandable to the development team. Gathering and documenting requirements as user stories, translating business/functional requirements into technical requirements. Coordinating development, testing, and implementation of solutions with technology partners. Supporting user’s post-deployment, identifying issues, and driving resolution with our technology partners. Supervising the progress of product development, and assisting with product release planning and testing. Partnering with business users and acting as a liaison between business and technical teams. Working with a multitude of stakeholders to document requirements that drive transformational change to existing business processes. Position allows for partial remote work (2-3 times in the office). Must live within reasonable commuting distance. Reports to company HQ in Westlake, TX. Subject to Schwab’s internal approach to workplace flexibility.Salary: $149,781.00 - $246,800.00What you haveRequires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
