As a Senior Manager, IT Product Management at The Charles Schwab Corporation, you will be empowered to make an impact on your career by collaborating with Product Owner on the Hyperscience Platform to establish a vision and execution strategy for the scrum team. Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with Product Owner on the Hyperscience Platform to establish a vision and execution strategy for the scrum team.
  • Participating in scrum ceremonies and driving refinement of user stories.
  • Leading and developing the product backlog, as well as user stories backlog for implementation.
  • Partnering with the scrum team (developers, QA, scrum master) to execute on sprint goals and Program Increment (PI) commitments.
  • Highlighting product features and explaining user stories to the development team.
  • Gathering and documenting requirements as user stories, translating business/functional requirements into technical requirements.
  • Coordinating development, testing, and implementation of solutions with technology partners.
  • Supporting user’s post-deployment, identifying issues, and driving resolution with our technology partners.
  • Supervising the progress of product development, and assisting with product release planning and testing.
  • Partnering with business users and acting as a liaison between business and technical teams.
  • Working with a multitude of stakeholders to document requirements that drive transformational change to existing business processes.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of progressive, post-Bachelor’s related experience.
  • Experience in translating and decomposing business needs into software requirements in the form of initiatives, epics, and user stories in Agile SDLC format leveraging the Atlassian toolset.
  • Experience in software testing on .NET-based routing frameworks, Enterprise Image Scanning, and Business Process Management platforms.
  • Experience in software troubleshooting leveraging tools such as Splunk and SQL database queries.
  • Experience in business process mapping using process mapping tools/frameworks such as Microsoft Visio to identify processing efficiency opportunities for back office operations processes.
  • Experience in API and microservice based solution architecture documentation.
