As the Clinical Sales and Customer Success Lead at Suki, you will work closely with sales teams to demonstrate Suki Assistant and engage with customers throughout the deployment process to optimize the clinical experience. Responsibilities

  • Deliver compelling live demonstrations of Suki Assistant to Clinician stakeholders and Healthcare decision makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer clinical voices and decision makers during the sales process.
  • Identify and refine Suki clinical use cases to ensure product-market fit.
  • Analyze customer requirements for emerging needs and product features.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to refine our Suki demonstration strategy.
  • Evangelize Suki Digital Assistant at outside events and conferences.
  • Partner with the CS Team to ensure smooth deployment and implementation of Suki.
  • Proactively address customer needs and concerns, fostering long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights to improve product quality and support.
  • Identify key new features or roadmap items to drive adoption of Suki.

Qualifications

Required

  • Doctor of Medicine/Osteopathy degree or Physician's Assistant
  • Valid medical license in your region
  • At least 5 years of postgraduate clinical experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred

  • Experience working with digital Health tools or AI Solutions in healthcare
  • Strong research and analytical skills

In compliance with the State of California Pay Transparency Law, the OTE (on target earnings) for this role is between $185,000 - $220,000 in CA. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
