Responsibilities

  • Generate $8M in bookings
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners
  • Actively facilitate and collaborate with leaders to grow revenue and expand existing accounts
  • Learn and understand go-to-market strategies, key service offerings, sales plays, messages, and motions
  • Identify qualifying and closing new accounts/logos and opportunities in the region
  • Hire, lead, manage, and hold accountable sales executive(s) in the region
  • Manage total sales performance for the region
  • Drive/lead coordinated regional marketing efforts
  • Coordinate/co-lead renewal and expansion SOWs
  • Generate leads and follow-up to qualify, disqualify, nurture, and ultimately close opportunities
  • Attend conferences and events, generate lists and cold call, and leverage internal connections for leads

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of overall experience selling professional, consulting, digital, and/or IT services
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota

Preferred

  • Strong knowledge of SaFE/Agile/Scrum
  • Owns existing rolodex
  • Sound decision making and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Solid organizational, planning and follow up skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Experience selling SOW based work
  • Familiarity with the “Challenger Sale” methodology
  • Strong persuasion skills

The starting pay range for this remote role is $120,500 - $278,800. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
