The Program Manager at Medical Solutions is responsible for the administrative and clinical leadership and direction of the Outpatient Mental Health Program. Responsibilities

  • Conduct all hiring, promotions, and disciplinary action for program staff.
  • Oversee, direct, and coordinate all day-to-day functions of the program.
  • Manage both clinical and administrative issues related to service delivery with other Program staff.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates and review potential employees with a Human Resources representative.
  • Work collaboratively with Clinical Administrator to develop and expand the program.
  • Conduct an evaluation of program goals from previous year, identifying accomplishments and areas of need.
  • Demonstrate compliance with Program and Institute policies and procedures.
  • Provide or coordinate effective group training and individual supervision for all program staff.
  • Work directly with the Department of Human Resources to screen candidates for positions within the program.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain the Program within the proposed budget.
  • Participate in WPIC meetings and outside agency meetings as deemed necessary by supervisor.
  • Manage and oversee the flow of clinical paperwork related to service delivery.
  • Manage programmatic issues related to all services.
  • Define annual strategic goals that coincide with the mission of the service line and WPIC.
  • Develop outcome procedures demonstrating program effectiveness.
  • Develop procedures and a reporting structure to measure quality of care.

Qualifications

Required

  • Masters Degree in a human services field.
  • A minimum of five years experience in a mental health setting.
  • At least two years supervisory experience preferred.
  • Clinical experience in a psychiatric setting with knowledge of psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, family, individual and group treatment.
  • License in Social Work or Psychology preferred.

Full Job Description

The Program Manager is responsible for the administrative and clinical leadership and direction of the program. This includes the conceptualization, organization, and implementation of the program. Responsible for coordinating the overall direction of the program in collaboration with all other supervisors.

The Program Manager will supervise the therapy supervisor team, intake, and Early Onset Psychosis Program. The program manager will provide supervision for staff seeking licensure. The position is responsible for understanding the Outpatient Mental Health Licensure requirements as well as managing the program in order to meet those requirements. Will work beterween two office building and several satellite locations.

Licensed Social Worker Preferred, LPC or LCSW required. Five years of experience in mental health field is required. Previous supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
