+ Skill and proficiency in applying the technical skills of practical nursing. Such proficiency is acquired through completion of an approved Practical Nurse Program. Knowledge of human growth and development necessary for assessment, range of treatment and care of patients appropriate to the patient's age as acquired through formal education course work. Current licensure or permit as a Practical Nurse in the state of Arkansas. Meets minimum standard set for pharmacy exam.

+ Knowledge of hospital policies\procedures, practices, techniques, and equipment as acquired through orientation.
