  • Be the voice of the company, offering clear and accurate information about our meals and services.
  • Accurately log customer complaints and concerns.
  • Track the status of customer issues to ensure timely follow-ups and complete resolutions.
  • Maintain organized records of every customer interaction.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure quick and efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Share daily operational updates with the team, highlighting trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Help coordinate special events, holidays, and operational needs.

Qualifications

Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
  • Familiarity with using computer systems to log and track customer interactions.
  • 2 years of experience in an office-based customer service role or call center.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Keep Things Running Smoothly- Accurately log customer complaints and concerns-nothing slips through the cracks on your watch!- Track the status of customer issues to ensure timely follow-ups and complete resolutions.- Maintain organized records of every customer interaction, ensuring our team stays up to date.

Drive Communication and Coordination- Work with internal teams to make sure customer issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.- Share daily operational updates with the team, highlighting trends, recurring issues, and areas we can improve.- Help coordinate special events, holidays, and operational needs, keeping things exciting and on track.

What We're Looking For- A people person with excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.- Someone who can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.- Familiarity with using computer systems to log and track customer interactions.- 2 years of experience in an office-based customer service role or call center (if you've worked for a mission-driven company, that's a big plus!).
