- Participate in team activities, contribute to problem-solving, and improve production processes.
- Perform Total Productive Maintenance and ensure accuracy in parts and documentation.
- Communicate with CNC staff and suggest improvements for workflow and equipment efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols to manage hazards related to moving parts, metalworking fluids, and prolonged standing.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma
- 2 years of experience
- Experience level: Experienced
- Ability to work in a non-temperature controlled environment
- Ability to wear steel toe shoes
- Ability to work up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
- Ability to work weekends
